Another Snowman

Here is this cute little guy one more time.  I think I have one more of these  printed and colored already so you will be seeing him again soon.  Today I used the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches. I turned the card the opposite  direction of their diagram but you still get the  general idea of the sketch.  Die  Cutting Divas has a  Snowman or Snowflake challenge.  Today instead of using my  silhouette to cut  my rectangles  I  got out my  Spellbinder dies and my Cuttlebug.  I need to do that more often because I have  quite  a collection of dies.  Sparkles Christmas Challenge has a  lots of glitter challenge.  Its  difficult to see but there is  coat of   sugar glitter on the  scarf on the snowman and there is some glitter on the  snowflakes in the dark  background paper.  Crafty Gals and Through the Craft Room Door both have an Anything Goes Challenge.

Tonight I used the sketch at Sketch Saturday to  finish this sweet card for the Little Miss Muffet anything goes challenge.  Hiding in My Craft Room has a  Color It Challenge.   Tuesday Throw Down also has an Anything goes challenge.

Penguins

I really thought I was  done with Winter until I  saw this  darling Penguin card.  It fit  so perfectly in the Give a Crafter a Cookie challenge.  Crafting From the Heart has an anything goes challenge.  Pinspirational Challenges has a Winter themed challenge.

Flower Girl

Today I needed something  quick for the Wednesday's Creative Inspiration flower challenge.   I decided to go with flowered  filigree background of flowers and this  cute  little gal from Whimsie Doodle.  Pink and Main has an Anything Goes Challenge.

Shopping

Today I chose the  sketch at   Paper Playful Sketches  to  put this  cute card together.  The theme at City Crafter is Shopping.  Jo's Scrap Shack has an Anything Goes  challenge.

Heart

My husband was out of town last week.  I made this card and hid it in his  suitcase.  Today I am posting  it in the Crafty Gals add a Heart Challenge.  Just Add  ink has a pop up interactive Challenge.  The  heart in the center  will spin around if u  touch it.

Seasons Greetings

This afternoon I am cleaning off my  desk and trying to use  up all the  already colored images on my desk. This one I think is left over  from  a couple Christmas's ago.  So finally it has  found its place.  I used the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches for this card.  I had to change the direction of the card  but I am sure they will understand that.  To finish the inside of this card I added a couple layered Snowflakes and a  Christmas  Sentiment in blue to match the card for the Creative Knockouts challenge.  The camera makes it  difficult to read the sentiment but in person it looks  great. Brown Sugar Challenges has an Anything Goes  theme.  Cute Card Thursday has a Cool Colors Challenge.

Another snowman I colored a few days ago.  Today I used the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches to complete this blue and silver card for the Die Cutting Divas Challenge.  Simon Says Monday also has a  Chill Out Challenge.  Crafty Sentiments, Penny's Paper Craft Challenges and Aud Sentiments all  have Anything Goes Challenges this week.  Cuttlebug Mania has a Winter Wonderland theme as their challenge.  The Paper Shelter has Blue as their Challenge.  Tuesday Throwdown has a  Use your favorite medium.  I chose  Whimsie Doodles  Flakey  Snowman for this  card.  Cut It Up Challenges has a Snow Much Fun Challenge.

The challenge at  Glitter N Sparkle is  Gold  or Silver so I decided to use this  quick pop dot card from Silhouette.  Through the Craft Room Door has an Anything Goes Challenge.

last week I printed and colored two of these  images.  It was  too big for the pan I had.  This one  was left and needed a  home.  Today I used the sketch at Sketch Saturday to make this card.  Cute Card Thursday also has a  Buttons challenge.  Crafting When We Can and Crafting from the Heart both have an anything goes challenge. Frosty the Snowman

Tonight I'm using the scraps left from a  project earlier today.  I usually  don't like  pink with Snowmen but I made the exception to the rule tonight.  I used the sketch at Paper Play Sketches.  The Paper Shelter has a ribbon or lace challenge.   In the Pink and  Hiding in My Craftroom both have an Anything Goes Challenge.

For the Craft Rocket Something New Challenge. I decided it was time to make these Elephant Lollipop covers for my Son's new baby. She will be here in March.  A Gem of a Challenge also has a Something New theme.

I made this card last week and never posted it.  today I will use it in the Simon Says Wednesday winter birthday challenge.  Seize the Birthday has an Anything Goes Challenge.  Creative Knockouts has a Celebrations challenge. CAS on Sunday has a  Black White and one other color challenge. My color of course is  blue.

Today I used the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches to make this card.  It didn't turn out quite the way I had it pictured but I  still like it.  Casology has a Forest Challenge.

Frosty Nights

My sister  made  this card in  pink last week. I loved how it looked but  changed mine to  blue.  In my head  blue and snow just  go together. Simon Says Monday has a  Be Square challenge.  I really  thought about a  square card but they are not my favorite to do. So instead I went with this image with square boxes in  it and the square image itself.  Tuesday Throw Down has a  Snowflakes themed challenge.  Crafty Sentiments and Word Art Wednesday both have an Anything Goes Challenge.  City Crafter has a  Blue Challenge.  Di's Digi Designs has a Snowy/Winter  challenge.

Sunflowers

Today is a  chilly dreary day and  I needed a  bright spot.  I use this Sunflower image from Bug a Boo a lot.  It  colors super great and just makes  me happy. It was late last night when I finally went to sleep.  I printed several things and took them to bed with me to color. I didn't realize until I started putting this card together that I printed the image too big for the  sketch I had picked out.  Oh well I improvised and made it work anyway. This image is from Little Miss Muffett  and I will use  it in the Anything Goes Challenge there.

A New Year

I  usually don't have time to make New Year's cards.  But this year because there are so many New Years challenges I will have some ready for Next year.  Today I used the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches to make this stunning card. Glitter N Sparkle has a New Beginnings Challenge.   I wasn't real sure what to do.  Then I got to thinking about  my Son's new  baby he is expecting in March.  Today was a good day to get a  jump on the shower gift cards.  Crafty Sentiments also has a Something New Challenge.

Cocoa Penguin

Good Morning!  We are expecting a  tiny little  bit of snow here.  We so seldom get snow at all so when it is  mentioned we all get excited.  I printed this  little penguin smaller than I really wanted to but decided to use it anyway.  The sketch came from Sketch Saturday. I wanted the  image to really  pop so I went with White on White at the  top and a print at the bottom. Imagine That has a  Joys of the Season Challenge.  Cocoa  is definitely my  joy of  the winter  season.  Tuesday Throw Down has A Winter Critters Challenge.  Through the Craft Room Door and Penny's Paper Craft Challenges both have Anything Goes as their theme.

Marriage

Tonight I used the  sketch and color scheme at  Your Next Stamp to make this cute card. I'm sure it is a very  different take than most people on this challenge.   On the inside is the rest of the saying  "... then again so does insanity!"  The  theme for Catch the Bug is Make Me Laugh.

Lighthouse

The Just Add Ink Challenge this  week  is Add an "N".   I wasn't sure what to do with that so I  decided to do this Nautical themed card.  I used the color scheme from Cupcake Inspirations.  Poppy Cream and Gold.  I think that is  going to be it for me tonight.  I feel a warm bath and a book in my near future.

Peace on Earth

This is  yet another card I wanted to do at Christmas but  never found the time.  I saw that Crafting When We Can  and A Gem of a Challenge both still had a Christmas Challenge I knew what I wanted to do. This is from the Silhouette Store and is called a tunnel card.  There are only two cuts so it is very simple.  The Peace on Earth is actually cut in the back piece and the light shines through the white on the front. I love how it looks.  It  only appears pink here because the only candle I could lay my hands on for the picture was red. There are also  several Anything Goes Challenges ending soon that I will submit this card in.

Stocking Trio Card

I  just love  these trio cards.  I wanted to make this  one before Christmas but never got a round  to it. Today I made it for the {Pin}spirational  Challenges Photo Challenge.  Pink and Green are  fast becoming my favorite  girly colors with all the  little girls  to soon be in my  family.  Crafty Creations has an Any Holiday Challenge.  In  the  Pink has a Pink Christmas Challenge. 

New year

I only managed to make one New Year's Day card this year.  But guess what?   It was one more than I made last year.  I made this  for the friends who we visited on new Years Eve.  We had fun  as we usually do. Since I made it I also want to enter  it in the CASology  "toast' Challenge.  Simon Says Wednesday and Word Art Wednesday both have an Anything Goes Challenge. 

Snow flake Pop Dot

It has been a rainy yucky  start tot he new year.  I guess  if it means we  will have a rainy year ahead that might be a  good thing. Today  I spent trying to catch up on a few things and just  making the best of the gloomy day.  I made this pop dot card a few days ago and never posted it.  Today I want to post it  in the Tuesday Morning Sketches  Anything Goes Challenge.  I also notice there are  several other  Anything Goes Challenges that end real soon.
