South Carolina

Well  this  didn't  exactly  turn out the way I had it  pictured in my head but I am  going to work on making a change.  I wanted more blue to show and less  white but I'm working on a  way to fix it.  I  still like it but  will like it better later. 

I will use it for the SVG Cutting files  challenge and the 613 Avenue Create

    It turned out very pretty! The white gives it a crispness with those pops of color! I hope you like the fixed one better ;) Thanks for playing along at SVG Cutting Files!
