The Challenge at
Lori Whitlock is Birthday so I had been wanting to make this card and see how it cut. I really like that it doesn't take long to put it together. You cant really see it but the balloons are cut from Foil paper so they really shine. I popped the top balloon out a bit and embossed the back panels but it too is hard to see in this picture.
