Harriette

The weather here has been so gloomy since  Christmas and it appears it will start the new  year that way too!  Monday is my friend Harriette's Birthday so I decided to make  something bright and sunny for her to brighten her day.  I also Intend to use this in the Seize the Birthday Silver/Gold Challenge.  Creative Card Crew also has an Anything  Goes  Challenge.
