Meljen design's Challenge this week is Bullseye! Everything needs to be centered. So here it is! I'm also going to use this in the
Cas-ual Friday Clean and Simple A word Challenge and since this penguin is wearing a striped scarf I am entering him in the
Tuesday Throwdown Stripes Challenge.

What a lovely card...of course I love it since it's a penguin. You've coloured him so well and the contrast in blues really makes the card POP !!
