Celebrate

I noticed several sites already  have their New Year challenges up so I cut this card  with my  silhouette.  After cutting it I wish I had  cut the design out of the  sparkly paper  but oh well there's always next time!  CASual Friday and Cut it Up as well as C.R.A.F.T  are ready to move to the New Year!
