Today seemed like a good day to start on my St. Patrick's Day cards. This was not the original plan but after many interruptions this is how it ended up. It should work in the
Crafting By Designs Polka Dot challenge. I', not sure just how well you can see the polka paper in the bottom right corner but I am sure you can see the polka in the top corner.
Jo's Scrap Shack has an Anything Goes challenge. I was able to complete this card entirely of scraps. I love using up some of my many scraps.
