Another quick Winter card before I move on to something else.
Sparkles Christmas Challenge has a Snowflake challenge. U can't see the glittery white on the snowman but he really has a lot of sparkle. I first cut the snowflake panel in white but it didn't pop as much as it did in the dark blue.
