Santa in Sleigh

Well I managed a  bit more  time than I thought today.  I made this  dimensional card  for the City Crafter Fly or Float Challenge and the Cuttlebug Santa Challenge.  Sparkle  N Sprinkle has an Anything Goes Challenge.  Since I have glitter  all over my desk I might as well  use this card there as well.

Ornament

I was looking for something simple this am because I didn't have a lot of time to play.  I saw this  ornament and wanted to put it on this  embossed snowy background.  It also has a bow on  so it should fit nicely in the CASology Bow Challenge.  Crafting By Designs has a Here Comes Christmas Challenge. Jo's Scrap Shack and Through the Purple Haze both have Anything Goes Challenges.

Elf Gable Boxes

I made  15  of these  cute gable boxes for  all of the guests I will have for Christmas Lunch.  I filled them with various  pieces of candy. Simon Says  Wednesday has  a Gift IT challenge.

Caroling Snowmen

I went  a totally different  direction for the Die Cutting Divas' Bell Challenge.  Instead of  using something with Bells I decided to use the word  bells instead.  It actually  gave me an excuse to finally cut these cute snowmen and  use them.  Its  hard to see in this picture but I  used three small circle dies to make the snowmen.  then a  ribbon die out of another set.  Pinspirational Challenges has a Christmas Challenge.  Aud Sentiments has a Christmas with a Sentiment Challenge.  Penny's Paper Craft Challenges also has a Christmas themed challenge.  Word Art Wednesday has an Anything Goes Challenge.

Snowflakes

For the  Glitter n' Sparkle  Anything Goes challenge I decided to make this dimensional card.  I love the sparkly snow flakes both behind and  in front of the snowman! Simon Says Monday has a Snow Challenge.  Fab N' Funky has  a Glitter and Sparkle Challenge.  Creative Knockouts has a Winter Wonderland  Challenge.   Cute Card Thursday has a Snowflakes Challenge.

Today I have some time on my hands so I can make a few  Christmas cards.  I've already got plenty to send out this year but there are so many new ideas out there I  still want to make more.  Some people on my list may get  2 cards this year.

Winter bendi Card

Last night Brittany and I made this set of cute winter bendi cards.  I love their dimensional  look.  They  go together pretty quickly and  look great when they are finished.  Through The  Purple Haze has a Winter/Christmas Challenge. Penny's Paper Craft Challenges, Inspiration Destination and Crafty Gals all have Anything Goes Challenges.

Wise Men

Today I had a few minutes and wanted to finish this charge plate I made for  a friend.  Judy is forever  sending some of her delicious baked goods to us.  I appreciate it very much.  Today I am sending her this charger plate as  my way of saying Thank You for all you  have done for us.  I hope she  really likes it.   I am sure  it will put a big smile on her face.

Wreath with train

I wanted to make a masculine Christmas card for a friend who is really into trains.  I saw something similar on another site and borrowed their idea.  I love the sharp  contrast of the red and black.  CAS on Sunday has a Christmas Challenge.  Through the Craft Room Door and Crafty Sentiments both have anything goes challenges.  Crafty Creations has a Masculine challenge.

Snowmen

This am I  finally  had time to  play for a bit.  I used the sketch at  Sketch Saturday for this snowman trio.  A Gem of a Challenge also has a Snowman/women challenge.  Crafting From the Heart and Craft on Your Passion both have their usual Anything Goes Challenge.

Lantern

I bought this stamp last year and never used it.  That is  a habit I am strongly trying to break in the coming year.  I think it works  perfectly in the CASology Candle Challenge.

Glittery Snowmen

I simply love these  glittery snowmen.  There's  just something about white  glitter that makes me think snowmen.  I  love their happy smiles as well.  Crafty Sentiments has a  Glitter challenge this card  should work real well in.  Craft Rocket Challenges  has a Winter themed challenge.  Word Art Wednesday has an Anything Goes Challenge. Creative Knockouts has a Winter Wonderland Challenge.

Tags

I needed some tags for the gifts I wrapped today so I made these Christmas tree tags.  Pretty quick and not a lot of effort.  Tuesday Throw down has a Tag  Challenge aswell.

Wise Men

Sometimes we  get caught up in the hustle and  bustle of the  Christmas  Season.  Today I wanted to take a few minutes and make this card of the real reason we celebrate.  I love the  cool clean  look of this card.   Glitter and Sparkle has a  blue and white challenge.  Die Cutting Divas has a Make it Sparkle Challenge  I used a fine glitter paper for the city and the camels but its doesn't glisten very much in this picture.  Craft on Your Passion, Crafting from the Heart and 613  Avenue Create all have Anything Goes Challenges.

Christmas Kitten

Wow! It's been a  long time since I posted anything!  Life has just been way too busy for me to have much fun in the craft room.  Today, I'm having a lazy day and enjoying  it  just a bit.  I used the Sketch at  Sketch Saturday for this  cute little kitten. Digitally Sweet Challenges has a Pet or animal challenge.  I have lots of cats so I often use cats in my cards.  I used a  paw print patterned paper as the background so I want to enter this in the Crafty Hazelnuts Patterned Paper challenge as well.  Brown Sugar Challenges also has an Anything goes challenge.

Another  Quick one before bedtime.  This one is  for the  MHK Designs Color Challenge.  Through the Purple Haze has an Add Embellishments  challenge.  I added  these sparkly red gems.

I made these cute place setting cards for my  Thanksgiving table.  I just  thought they were so cute.  Simon Says Wednesday has a Thanks/Thanksgiving Challenge.

Just another  Quickie before I get moving today!  I'd like to sit here all day but I have way too many things to do for that to happen.  This image is from The Paper Shelter and I will  use him in the Christmas Challenge they currently have.  I used the sketch from Wednesday's Creative Inspiration Challenge.

Fall Bendi Card

I had never made a Bendi card  until today.  I love  this look and it goes together  so easily.   Crafty Gals has a Sentiment Challenge.  Fab N Funky has a Kraft paper challenge. I used  Kraft for the tree trunks and the cover on the bend part of this card.  CAS ual Friday has a  color challenge  using orange brown and Kraft.  This really  went together quickly and its  sorta  clean and simple.

Tall Christmas Tree

Today I'm trying o get myself in the mood for Christmas.  I spent the morning watching hallmark Christmas movies and creating a couple Christmas Cards.  This one is for the ABC Christmas' Vertical challenge.  Jo's Scrap Shack and  613 Avenue Create both have an Anything Goes Challenge.  Simon Says Monday has a  Sparkle and  Bling Challenge.

Nativity

City Crafter has a Stars Challenge.  I love how this pup out  box card  turned out.  The  whole thing  looks  peaceful and calm.  Fab N  Funky has an Animals Challenge.  There is a  cow, a donkey and a goat in this  card.  Cards TV  has an Anything Goes Challenge.

Fall Tree

I really missed making  a ton of fall cards.  I've simply have not had enough time.  Life is just too busy .  Anyway I made this one from fall  colors.  I love the glittery  moon  overlooking the bare limbs on the tree.  Simon Says Stamp Monday has a  Thinking of You challenge this week.  Simon Says Wednesday's challenge is also thinking of you.  Cupcake Inspiration posted a  tree challenge today.  Penny's Paper Craft Challenges and Brown Sugar both have  Anything Goes Challenges.

Today I needed a  quick baby card for a gift  I was delivering.  I used the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches because I really wanted  something  quick and easy. Chickens

I bought this  set of stamps  from Art Impressions last week and just couldn't wait to use them. I love these  little hens.  Art Impressions has Christmas  challenge this week.  I used the sketch at Die Cutting Divas for this card.  I  had to adjust it a little to make it work but it is pretty close.  I  dug out my Spellbinder  dies to cut the oval and the squares.  Crafty Sentiments and Through the Craft Room Door both have an Anything Goes Challenge.  Aud Sentiments has a Cute with a  Sentiment challenge.  These  cute  chicks should certainly qualify.

Ghost trio

Still working at  finishing all the open projects on my  desk.  There is a sketch challenge at Cards TV.  You had the choice of two sketches.  I chose this one because I simply love these trio cards.  Also, Jo's Scrap Shack has an Orange Purple and Green Challenge.  I love being able to create  using  my scraps. Cupcake Inspiration has a Purple green and  White Challenge. I added  some orange, hope that's ok. Crafting From the Heart and Craft on Your Passion both have Anything Goes Challenges.

Again I managed to use something that  has been hiding on my desk for a while.  I'm really  working  hard at finishing a few projects I had laying around.  This was intended for a friend's birthday last month but never got finished.  Oh well, I did it today!  Brown Sugar Challenges  has a Birthday Theme.   Little Miss Muffett has  an Anything Goes Challenge.  For this card I used Sketch 224 from Sketch Saturday.  Creative Knockouts has a Use a Sentiment Challenge.  Dream valley Challenges  has a Girls Challenge.

Dracula

I made this card  last week and forgot to post him.  Today I will post him in the  Give a Crafter a Cookie Challenge.  As You Like It has an  Old or New Stash Challenge.  Since this little guy has been on my desk for several weeks before I  finally put  him together, I'm going to call him OLD STASH.  I love using "old" or leftover pieces off my desk.  I'm  one of those  people  who refuse to throw something away once it is made.  So I have lots of leftover pieces.  Glitter N' Sparkle still has a Halloween Challenge as well. I used a  super fine red  glitter to  add shimmer to his red cape lining.

One more quickie before bedtime.. I made  quite a few of these simple jack o lantern  pillow boxes.  I stuffed them with Smarties candies and will give them out tomorrow  night to all my trick or treaters. Also, I will use them in the following Halloween challenges.

Leaf Wreath

Tonight I saw the  Mix It Up Challenge 19 at Sugar Pea Designs.  I used both the sketch and the photo inspiration.  Also,  Seize the  Birthday has a  Leaf Challenge.  I stamped Happy Birthday on the inside and forgot to get a picture of  it.  I will be sending this to Meg for her  Nov 3 birthday.

I started this card a couple weeks ago and never got around to finishing it.  I've had  way too much going on!  Finally I finished it tonight just in time for a   couple late  night challenges.  Simon Says Monday has an Autumn challenge.  Sugar Peach Designs has a Pumpkin Challenge as their Mix It Up # 18.  I used one of the Sugar Pea face stamps to  finish this bear.

Today I made this  cute Snowman Slider card for the  Sparkles Christmas Challenge Snowman Challenge.  His sparkly  glitter snow  doesn't  show up very well in this picture but it is there. I wanted to have plenty of time to play today but that didn't happen.  Atleast I did  find  time to make one more card before  calling it a day.  Lawnscaping Challenges has a Black and Purple Challenge.  I used  a real deep purple paper for the background.  But I'm not real sure why it looks  blue instead. in the picture.  Jo's Scrap Shack has an Anything Goes Challenge.

Today I wanted to cut a few more  Halloween cards out.  Most of the ones I mailed out were left over  from last year.  I  haven't had much time to make some this year.  This was a real  quick neat cut. Then I printed the inside with my silhouette and  colored it with my  markers.  I love  having neat things on the inside of the card too!

 I made this  cute little box for a friend  I am going to visit tomorrow.

Cute Card Thursday also has Halloween as their theme.

Our friend Sue just recently  got a clean record after several Breast cancer surgeries.  Today I'm sending her this card to congratulate her  on the win against this disease. Die Cutting Divas has  a breast cancer/pink challenge also.  I used a  small heart die to cut two  small heart then makes shakers out of them.  This heart was almost too small but I made it work anyway. In the Pink  has a Ribbons or Bows Challenge. Simon Says Wednesday also has a  Think Pink challenge.  Casual Friday has a "Fight Like A Girl' challenge.

Just   quickie before I start  cleaning again.  I've got the whole week to myself  so I'm really  hitting the cleaning hard at the start of the week so I can relax  the last half of it.  I'm sure I  won't get everything on my list done but I do hope to get a  good start on the  Holiday necessities.

Dracula

I can't believe  it has been  almost a month since I posted anything.  Life has been very  busy and  does get in the way of play time occasionally.  Yesterday,   I  made this  multi layered  card from Paper Creators. Their  cards are mostly print and cut, but I lie the folds and most of the  images. 
Since I'm running so far behind on my Challenge list I am going to squeeze this in as many as I can.
