Meowy Christmas

Imagine That  has  a monthly  Challenge.  Each month she  gives away a design as long as  you use it in a design each month.  Without  fail I wait  till  the last minute to do it every month.  I keep promising myself I am  going to get it  done  early but so far it hasn't happened yet.

Balloons

The Challenge at Lori Whitlock is Birthday so I had been wanting to make this  card and see how it  cut.  I really like that it doesn't take  long to put it together.  You cant  really see it but the  balloons are cut from Foil  paper so they really  shine.  I  popped the top balloon out a  bit  and  embossed the back panels but it too is hard to see in this picture. Pile it On has an Embossing Challenge.  Creative Fingers'  challenge is Make it Cute.  Crafty  Girls has an anything goes challenge.  I almost over looked Addicted to CAS their  challenge  is the word Celebrate. Simons Says Wednesday 's challenge is anything  goes!

Boy Swinging from Limb

The  challenge @ My Craftspot by Kimberly is One for the Little Boys!  My favorite memories of my little boy is  of him playing in the yard swinging on his rope swing.  The  challenge at Crafty Calendar Challenges is  Summertime.

Snowman

I wanted to do the  sketch at From the Heart before the very last minute.  I barely made it but here it is anyway.  I decided to  knock out both From the Heart Challenges with this one card because I am so  pushed for time.

Yellow Happy Birthday

I can  always  use more birthday cards So I jumped right on the Glitter n Sparkle and the Milk Coffee challenge this week. I had several extra pieces of  cards  laying on my desk and wanted to use as many of them as I could. I also  decided to use the sketch from Sketch Saturday and take that  off my list  of  to dos. 613 Avenue Create  also has anything goes  challenge with an optional Party theme.  Word Art and Crafting Station and Scribble and Scrap  have  anything goes challenges.  The  challenge at Creatalicious is monochrome.

JOY

I am so not  ready to even think about Christmas!  Its so hot here and that  really doesn't  help put me in the Christmas mood. But anyway there are several Christmas Challenges so I made this card with my very limited Christmas Supplies for the following Challenges:

The Green Sparkly gems  didn't  shine as much as I wanted so on the second card I added clear gems to give it more shine.

Sandcastle

I've been wanting to cut this  for  quite some time.  It was an easy cut and came out very cute.  I will make several more of these.  I am entering it into the Brown Sugar Challenge and the Dream Valley Challenge.

Thinking of You~

As Usual I am in a rush to get a card done~ One  would think I  could get caught up one day! I made this  card for  Gina who has been  in the  hospital and I will use it for the In  the Pink Challenge. Other  Challenges are FAN-tastic Tuesday, Penny's Challenge. And  because  I added  pearls I will use it in the ABC Challenge as well.  This  was a  quick and easy card  and I want to use it for the CAS Sunday challenge too.

I made these cards while I was on Vacation and  never posted them.  I  took a very small amount of craft material with me so I had little to work with.  I want to use this for the Tuesday Throwdown challenge this week.  Curtain Call and  A2Z Scrapbooking also have  Anything Goes challenges. As You like it Challenges has a favorite sentiment challenge.  I really like this  sentiment  and use it a lot because we  often overlook the small things in life and forever the special moments we should cherish.

Cooking Box Card

I was rushing to get this done for Scrappy Mom's Grill It Challenge.  I will also use it for  Repeat Impressions's Summer fun and Because I'm really trying to pile  these challenges together to get a  better  jump on this long list I will use it for Pile it on's Summer Challenge as well.

Sand Pail

Macy likes to play in the  sandbox on my back  deck.  So when I saw this  cute  little sand pail box I knew right away I would make one for her.  Here it is ready to be stuffed with a few  little toys and maybe a sweet treat for the next time  she  visits.  I also intend to use it in the Craftspot Anything but a card challenge.  Since I used a  Paper Shelter Image on this sand pail I  will enter  it in their Vacation Challenge as well as Creative Card Crews Beach Challenge and Love to Create's Bright and  Sunny Challenge.  Repeat Impressions also has a Summer Fun Challenge.

Christmas in July

I am so not  thinking about Christmas! It is 94 here today  and that  certainly does not put me in a Christmasy sort of mood. But I had this freebie from Crafty Sentiments and  needed to use it for their challenge.  It  will also fit in to the  following  challenges;

South Carolina

Well  this  didn't  exactly  turn out the way I had it  pictured in my head but I am  going to work on making a change.  I wanted more blue to show and less  white but I'm working on a  way to fix it.  I  still like it but  will like it better later.

Bees

I love  bees and when I see  bee images I get excited and want to use them.  I simply love this one.  I think it  should  qualify for the Fur or Winged thing challenge at Repeat Impressions

Turtles on Beach

This is one of my favorite digital stamps at From the Heart.  I've  used it so many times and it always  colors  perfectly.  I used the sketch at SugarPea Designs to create this beach card.

Birthday Tags

I made several of these  birthday tags for gifts I have for upcoming birthdays.  I made them in different colors  using some of  my  scraps.  I  will use these tags for the Little Tangles- Tag  challenge and the Craft Spot by Kimberly Birthday challenge.

Fish Bowl

The challenge at Scrappy Mom's is Under the Sea.  While this  isn't  quite under the sea it is under the water  so I  hope that works.

Dump truck

Landon Loves  dump trucks like most little boys.  I'm sending this card to him because he's been sick this  week.  I've made this card before so  it was pretty simple to put it together again.

Thinking of You

I know its been a while since I was  able to post anything,  but its been a real hectic 2 weeks at  my house.  Now it is time for some quiet  time.  I've got a lot to catch up on but I wanted to sit  for a while today and just relax. Making cards is very relaxing to me.  I made this for a friend who is  going  through a real hard time right now. I thought  it would remind her that she and her family  are in my thoughts during this time.
