Happy Birthday Bendi

I simply love these Bendi cards.  I've always liked texture and dimension on my  cards.  This is a  quick and easy way to get both.  I made several of these to replenish my  Birthday card  file because I know I have a lot of birthdays coming up in April.  Cut It Up Challenges has a Bendi card or Create a Scene challenge.  Cute Card Thursday has a No Patterned Paper Challenge.  Brown Sugar Challenges has a  Birthday themed challenge.

St Patricks's Day

Today seemed like a good day to start on my St. Patrick's Day cards.  This was not the original plan but after many interruptions  this is  how it ended up.  It  should  work in the Crafting By Designs Polka Dot  challenge.  I', not sure  just  how well  you can see the  polka  paper in the bottom  right corner but  I am  sure you can see the  polka in the top corner. Jo's Scrap Shack has an Anything Goes challenge.  I was  able to complete this card entirely of scraps.  I love using up  some of my many  scraps.

Pink Stacked heart with flower

I made this card for  Valentines but never mailed it.  I never  got around to posting it either.  Today I am using it for the Simon Says Wednesdays Fantastic Florals Challenge.  Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge has an Anything Goes Challenge.  The Paper Shelter and Through the Purple Haze both have a Valentine  themed challenge.  Pink and Main has Love as their theme.

Purple Cupid

Its been a  few days  since I've had time to play.  My Grandkids are  here for the next month so that  doesn't leave much time for Paper  play.   Today while they were napping I  printed this cute cupid  and decided on purple instead of tradition red and pink.  I used the sketch at Paper Play Sketches.  Cuttlebug Mania has a Hobby themed challenge.  I enjoy their challenges  because it encourages me  to use my dies.  I have  a lot of them  but  sometimes forget to use them.  Today I  used the rectangle die and a  scalloped  edge  die.   I mostly  make  cards as my  hobby  so I chose this  little girl who is mailing her card.  Through the Craft Room Door and Penny's Paper Craft Challenges both have an anything goes challenge. Simon Says Wednesday has  a  Colors of Love challenge.  I used purple as my color.  Cute Card Thursday has a Valentine  themed challenge.  Tuesday Thrown Down has a Love notes Challenge.
